Using her book, Art Journey to Inner Peace, you will:

The Shedding is the first phase of our journey to inner peace. This is necessary when we recognize that something within us is out of alignment. It’s the discomfort in our gut that is asking to be expressed, dislodged, and cleared away.
As we go through the shedding process, we become grateful for the clarity we’ve achieved and for facing reality head-on. Although the process of shedding can be messy, painful, and intimidating, it is the first step toward our healing.
This is more than a workshop—it’s a space to reflect, release, and reconnect. Join us, where art meets wellness.
