Workshop - Art Journey to Inner Peace, Phase I, The Shedding
You are invited to an intimate gathering to inspire and direct your journey to inner peace through visual art, poetry and personal reflection with award winning artist and author, Christine D. Johnson.
Using her book, Art Journey to Inner Peace, you will:
Be guided through “The Shedding” – letting go of what no longer serves you. This is the powerful first phase of her five-part journey to inner peace.
Identify where you are on your journey to inner peace through poetry, journaling and engaging conversations
Explore how to use visual art as a silent partner for your daily personal growth and mental wellness
Create affirmations to help you arrive at inner peace
The Shedding is the first phase of our journey to inner peace. This is necessary when we recognize that something within us is out of alignment. It’s the discomfort in our gut that is asking to be expressed, dislodged, and cleared away.
As we go through the shedding process, we become grateful for the clarity we’ve achieved and for facing reality head-on. Although the process of shedding can be messy, painful, and intimidating, it is the first step toward our healing.
This is more than a workshop—it’s a space to reflect, release, and reconnect. Join us, where art meets wellness.
Note: The book is included with your registration.
